Supply can deteriorate and even rupture. Deteriorated lines can usually be detected and replaced before a serious leak and damage occurs. Checking emergency shut-offs will ensure proper operation when needed.

Corroded and deteriorated traps can be detected and replaced before they cause problems.

Drains that are not "free - running" are likely to become completely plugged.
WASHING MACHINE HOSES WILL BE CHECKED
Hoses deteriorate with age and can rupture and cause damage.
WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR
Checking your house water pressure can determine a potential problem of high water pressure. Properly adjusted water pressure regulator can reduce wear and tear on your hot water heater and all plumbing fixtures.
CHECK AND CLEAN PILOT
A dirty pilot can cause the water heater to quit
producing hot water.
INSPECT FLUE PIPE
Flue pipe corrosion or leaks are dangerous.
CHECK FOR GAS LEAK
We will leak check the gas line from the water
heater shut off valve to the burners. Undetected gas leaks are dangerous.
CHECK FOR WATER LEAKS
Leaks may indicate a future serious problem
which can be costly. When leaks are found early, appropriate action can be taken.
INSPECT ANODE ROD
Preventive maintenance can more than double the 10 to 15 year life of a typical water heater. Anode rod should be replaced when there is 6" or more of exposed core wire at either ends. Replacing the anode is less expensive than a new water heater.
FLUSH TANK
All manufactures recommend to have this service performed in order to maintain the warranty on the water heater. By having this done it guarantees that your water heater will be operating at it's peak efficiency.

Carbon monoxide is a dangerous gas. This gas is produced by appliances in your home Hot Water Heater, Boiler. With the Home Care Club Plan, your technician will perform proper inspection of these appliances. This will insure your safety and peace of mind.
SAFETY CHECK YOUR HOUSE
Your service technician will walk through your home inspecting your plumbing system and tighten any loose faucet handle, packing nut or other minor repair during the inspection process. Each emergency shut-off under sinks, toilets, water heater and main water shut-off will be tested to insure that they will operate in case of an emergency. You will be shown where your emergency water shut-off valve is located and we will identify and tag all valves.
INSPECT & DYE TEST ALL TOILETS
The purpose of this test is to determine if your toilet has a money wasting leak. A large leak could waste hundreds of gallons of water each day and needlessly add several hundred dollars to your annual water bill. If you are on a septic tank, the same leak could be even more expensive.
CHECK ALL FAUCETS FOR LEAKS
A leaky faucet can waste over 200 gallons of water per day. This could cost $19.28 per month for water alone. If hot water is leaking, this cost would be higher because of wasted gas.
KITCHEN FAUCET - We will grease stems, seats, cartridges and rubber seals and clean the aerator. This will ease operation, extend the life of your faucet and save you money by not having to replace these items.
